Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your destination and selected shipping option.

International Orders

We proudly ship to many countries worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their local government. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. While we work closely with our fulfillment partners, Stripsly cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.
