At Stripsly, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for safety and quality reasons.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order arrives damaged.
  • You receive the incorrect product.
  • Your package is lost during shipping (after carrier investigation).
  • Your item arrives defective.

To process your request, we may ask for:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the product and packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Orders delivered to the correct address provided by the customer.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized retailers.
  • Orders delayed due to customs or carrier delays beyond our control.
  • Change of mind after the order has been shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Replacement Orders

In some cases, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund if the issue qualifies under this policy.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
